I love to play with the food and combine different flavors. Because the brand new flavors created by the combination of different flavors excite me incredibly. There is a very nice sentence in Turkish. “The road to the heart passes through the stomach”. Actually, I think the way to the heart is a bit through the kitchen. I can’t wait to share this happiness with you.
It was a very special experience for me, and the flavors took their place in my palate.
It was the first time I had the opportunity to eat Turkish food and I can say more will come. 🙂
It was great, my wife and I were very pleased. Crème brûlé was the star of the night for me.
